great great place to dine!!! Service and price were really good. The manager literally plucked us off of the street. I thought we were only going to have drinks, but it ended up being appetizers as well. I am looking forward to having a meal there again. A must do.
We've been travelling to many cities and countries, but my family and I have encountered the worst service ever in a restaurant in our own backyard (Niagara Falls).
Last week, We sat at spicy olive bar and grille and waited to be service for almost 20 minutes. We were ignored for no apparent reasons and they lack in servers on a weekend. (No wonder it was so quiet)
If you don't want to waste your valuable time and be upset while at the Falls, there are plenty of restaurants on Victoria Ave.
Fortunately, we went to another restaurant 20 seconds away from spicy olive bar and grille to fill our tummies.
Service is always more important, especially for a restaurant in a tourist attraction landmark. Takes years to build your name and you can ruin your reputation (self destruct in one night)
October 20th myself and 3 girlfriends were in Niagara Falls for a girls weekend. We wanted to go out for an evening of good entertainment and the Spicy Olive was recommended to us by our cab driver. We are all 40 plus but still want to go out and party. We had a excellent time, the band was awesome and the crowd was 30 and over. It was a good crowd, more men than woman which is unusual. We can't wait to go back for another fun girls getaway. The next time we will go for dinner there also. We talked to other people there, who said the meal was very good.
